Healthy Enough for Personal Trainers

You see clients for a few hours a week. Healthy Enough shows you what happens in the rest of it, through daily food and movement scores in a trainer dashboard.

What Happens During the Other 165+ Hours?

A week has 168 hours. Even a client who trains with you three times a week spends more than 165 hours on their own. That is where most eating and most movement happen.

HE-Move

HE-Move produces a daily movement score from five components. It is free for clients.

Movement

Everyday activity and how often clients get up, not only formal workouts.

Aerobic Exercise

Sustained cardiovascular work, logged and counted toward the score.

Strength

Resistance work is tracked as its own component, so it is visible in the score.

Flexibility

Stretching and mobility work count as well.

Balance

Balance practice completes the five components.

HE-Food

HE-Food gives clients a daily food score based on diet quality, nutrient intake and portions.

Protein and Nutrition

Protein intake is tracked alongside 54 nutritional attributes, so you can see whether nutrition is supporting the training you programme.

Trainer Dashboard

Track movement scores, assign exercises and review weekly client reports. Clients join with your promo code and are never billed; you pay a base monthly fee plus a fee per active client.

Identifying Clients Who Are Getting Off Track

When a client's food or movement score trends down, the dashboard makes it visible, so you can check in before they drift away from the plan.

GLP-1 Clients and Muscle Preservation

Clients using GLP-1 medications may lose lean tissue along with fat. Strength training and adequate protein are both visible in Healthy Enough, which helps you coach around them.

Supporting Client Engagement and Retention

A daily score gives clients a reason to keep showing up between sessions, and gives you a reason to reach out.
